While I appreciated the soundproof walls and perks like the tea and coffee maker, which added a touch of comfort to my stay, the overall service left much to be desired. The location is convenient, just a short distance from attractions like Cheetham's Library and Manchester's Opera House, but the rude staff and inadequate facilities marred the visit.
